How long is the performance?
At (corporate) events we usually play 1 set of approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
At festivals we play 2 sets of approximately 45 minutes. Anyhow, the length of performance and the number of sets is readily adaptable to the size of audience, venue, concept etc. and can be negotiated.
How big is the cast?
The act is performed by a group of 5 performers (4 Famesques + Billy BadAss).
What languages do you use in the performance?
Although there is some verbal communication with the audience (mainly in English), the show is primarily visual. There is no language barrier in interaction with the characters.
Where can I find the photos made by Billy BadAss during the show?
Hilarious moments captured on camera with people from the audience during the show appear after the event across social media channels.
Is there a limitation to the size of the audience?
There is no limitation to the size of the audience. The show works great both at small and large-scale festivals & events.
What is the audience profile / age group?
The show is suitable for adults; nevertheless the whole family and the children of all ages are welcome. The show is suitable for broad audience, young and old, regardless of age, gender and cultural background.
What are the main technical requirements?
Since Famesques is a walk-about act, we don’t require a stage. Anyhow we prefer to determine in advance (together with the organizer) – the optimal place for performance and other details.
For which occasions is the show suitable?
The show works excellent at a wide range of festivals, events, venues and locations, such as: Street theatre festivals; City Festivals; Music / dance Festivals; Public events such as: (Film) premiers; award ceremonies; luxury fairs; Corporate events such as: conventions; galas; corporate parties; At venues such as: clubs; casinos; cruise ships etc.
Can I book the show outside of Holland?
Yes, of course! For long-distance gigs we can travel by plane and take all our costumes and requisites with us – as a personal luggage.
